Our business concept is simple.

We believe that the wisdom and values gathered over a lifetime in business should not be lost just because a successful executive no longer wishes to work full time.

As in many cultures around the world the wisdom of the elder is not only respected but is actively used to develop and nurture future generations. At Indicim it is not about age, it is about an individual’s knowledge and experience being used to avert problems, broaden opportunities and provide clarity into decision making.

Indicim has assembled a panel of Mentors, all of whom have a lifetime of business knowledge, experience and human values to offer. They come from a wide variety of backgrounds, but all share the common desire to pass on their wisdom to the next generation of senior management.

This can be done by:

• One-on-one mentoring;

• Development of business review methods;

• The aggregation of several Mentors to provide objective insights to Company principals / tenders / special projects etc;

• The provision of Non-Executive Directors;

• High level networking/introduction opportunities etc.

Our key difference to organisations that offer traditional coaching / training is that we don't offer an off the shelf method. All our mentors have been 'front line warriors' and it is this practical hands-on experience gained through many takeovers / mergers / tenders / Government Relations / International expansion etc, that is on offer. Many people know business theory; very few have put it into practice at the highest level.
